How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, email oceanfastrent@gmail.com with your reservation number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when applicable.
Weather Cancellations
If Ocean Fast Rental cancels due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
No-Shows
Customers who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled start time and have not contacted us may forfeit the rental without refund.
