By booking a jet ski rental with Ocean Fast Rental, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations and Payment
Online bookings require payment through Stripe unless Ocean Fast Rental has arranged a manual or walk-in reservation. Your slot is confirmed after payment is verified.
2. Waiver Requirement
Every operator and passenger must sign the electronic liability waiver before riding. Failure to sign may result in denial of service.
3. Age Requirements
Operators must meet applicable Florida boating and rental requirements. Minors may ride only with guardian consent and when permitted by law and company policy.
4. Safety Rules
All riders must follow the safety briefing, posted speed rules, navigation instructions, and life jacket requirements. Unsafe behavior may end the rental without refund.
5. Liability
Ocean Fast Rental is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from rented equipment beyond what applicable law requires.
